Terms & Conditions – Hotel Florès Zwolle
- Applicability
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all reservations and agreements with Hotel Florès.
These can be requested and viewed free of charge at www.khn.nl/uvh-nl.
By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
For specific terms and conditions for your booked room, package, or group reservation, please refer to the confirmation you received from us.
- Cancellations & No-shows
Flexible rates
Bookings with a flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge until 3:00 PM on the day before arrival.
If you cancel later or do not show up (no-show), you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
Non-refundable rates
Some promotions or packages are non-refundable. This means that in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund is possible. If this is the case, it will always be clearly stated before you confirm your booking.
Group bookings (5 rooms or more)
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to group bookings.
Different cancellation policies may apply; these are stated in your booking confirmation.
- Payment
Payment is made at check-in, unless otherwise agreed. For certain rates or longer stays, a prepayment or deposit may be required. This is always stated in your booking confirmation.
We accept most credit cards and debit card payments.
- Smoke-free hotel
Hotel Florès is a smoke-free hotel. This applies to all rooms, hallways, and public areas. Smoking is only permitted outside on the street or terrace.
Smoking in your room? A cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.
- Damage & Missing Items
We love beautiful things—and we like to keep them beautiful. Any damage to the room or hotel inventory during your stay, or missing items upon departure, will be charged to your credit card or debit card.
Did something accidentally break? Please let us know—we greatly appreciate honesty.
- Liability
Hotel Florès is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, unless this is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Please use the in-room safe for valuables. We do everything we can to make your stay as smooth as possible, but we are not responsible for force majeure situations such as power outages, roadworks in the city, or internet problems beyond our control.
- Pets
We love animals, but for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the rooms.
Small dogs are welcome in the bar downstairs.
Traveling with a guide dog? Please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
- Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Would you rather stay a little longer or check in earlier? This is possible, subject to availability, for €20 per room.
- Privacy
We handle your personal data with care. It will only be used to process your reservation and for communications directly related to your stay.
